Your right to opt out
Fine Paints of Europe does not sell your personal information for money. We may use advertising and analytics tags — Google Ads and the Meta Pixel — that share online identifiers with those companies for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, that counts as “sharing,” and you have the right to opt out.
How to opt out
- Open Privacy Preferences in the footer of any page and switch off the Marketing category. This takes effect immediately on this browser and blocks the advertising tags from loading.
- We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out automatically.
- You may also email info@finepaints.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share,” write to Fine Paints of Europe, 274 West Woodstock Road, Woodstock, VT 05091, or call 800-332-1556.
Your other California rights
- Know — what personal information we collect, use, disclose and share.
- Delete — ask us to delete personal information we collected from you.
- Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate personal information.
- Limit — restrict the use of sensitive personal information.
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, change prices or reduce quality because you exercised a right.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We will ask for written permission from you and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
How we verify and respond
We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, extendable by another 45 days where permitted. To verify you, we match the information in your request against what we hold, such as your order history and email address.
